Happy Beauty Weekend my friends!
You don’t understand how happy i am that you came back to visit. This weekend is going to be dedicated to Prom. No matter if you are a Junior or Senior or even a Freshman who got invited, this makeup look will defiantly work. I decided to go with a more settled but elegant look because less face it you going to be jeweled up. But that’s not it! Last year i put together a “Prom Survival Kit“…so make sure you check out that post (it will come in handy). Anyways lets get started on how your going to get the makeup look for your big day!
Step 1: Prime your eyelids! I’m using E.L.F Eyelid Primer in Sheer (you need to do this because you need your eye shadows to last all night. It will also help intensify the colors a bit)
Step 2: Picking up the middle color in the palette place this color in the inner tear doc. (this color will highlight that area and attract more light to the eyes)
Step 3: Place the first color in the palette all over the lid.
Step 4: Place the last color in the palette in the crease ( this color will bring death to the look and if you don’t have a defined crease… now you do!)
Step 5: Add a blur eyeliner to the top of your eye lids. I’m using Chella Eyeliner Pen in “Indigo” (you can do any type of winged eyeliner you like)
Step 6: Add black eyeliner to your bottom lash water line (I used Star Looks pencil in Obsidian). Than add mascara to your top and bottom lashes. I used .em by Michelle Phan Lash Gallery mascara in Black and Loreal Paris Voluminous Original in Blackest Black.
Step 7: Take your elf Blush Brush and apply Pixi Beauty Bronzer in “Summertimes” to the tops of your cheeks, down your noes and your chin. (basically to the spots that attract light)
Step 8: using that same type of brush apply your blush. I have been loving KleanColor Ms.Chick blush in 05 Redwood
I hope you enjoyed this prom makeup look and if you wear it/ recreate it i would love to see #BWprom
