Looking at food on Pinterest, I came across a very cute picture of Jell-o cookies. I of course thought the idea was a bit odd because when I think of Jell-o, cookies never come to mind. Therefor I decided to look it up on Google and I found very good reviews. Everyone was saying how they make it for holidays and how much there kids love them. So, if its good enough for the kids, its good enough for me. The recipe happens to be very easy and fast. (recipe here) I was pleased with how they came out. I’m even thinking about trying other jell-o flavors to see how those taste.
