Decided to style Fashion Nova’s “take it and run” sneakers when one day I was looking through my closet and noticed a box of shoes that had never been worn. This isn’t a new thing for me. I buy a lot of shoes when I know I can’t wear them; at that point in time. It’s the sad truth and I think it’s a coping mechanism. But these sequence sparkly sneakers are a beauty.
For the outfit, I decided to go my way of business casual or Cortney basic uniform. (laugh out loud) I love my black and white or neutrals okay!
Let’s start off with the Fashion Nova sneakers.
If you have never tried Fashion Nova sneakers before I highly recommend them. Take a look and see what they have and try a pair out for yourself. I do own a couple of pairs myself and they are all very comfortable. I do wear a size 11 in women and that’s a hard size to come by in the shoe industry. That being said for them to even offer that size I applaud them.
When it comes to the Fashion Nova Take It and Run sneakers, they were very easy to style. The boldness and sparkles just yell the center of attention. Don’t know if you can notice from the pictures. Sneakers do have reverse sequences. Makes them even more special.
The cardigan is from Target and I really hope they still have it in stock because I highly recommend it. Thus it’s on the thicker side but it’s very comfortable. I am wearing it in a size XXL.
The jeans and shirt are both from Fashion Nova. These black ripped jeans are in a size 14. Best believe I will be buying another pair. I’m a creature habit and I like what I like. This white tee is in a size 1x. We have a love-annoyed relationship. Very super soft and comfortable shirt with a cute little pocket but why is it so see-through? That’s not my style with white shirts so I had to layer it with a sweater basically.
Accessories are a huge go-to for me. We all know I wear prescription glasses and these are MontBlanc frames. I paired that with cheap cute hoops I got from Walmart. Rings all come together in a pack and I absolutely love the look of a ring on every finger. I have been really into testing out bracelets lately and this one is from Mantraband x dr seuss collection.
