“The Early Bird Gets The Worm,”… This saying is so true and everyone should follow it. I have always been a morning person (my whole life), its basically the way i was raised and how my mom ran her house. But i started to slack once attending college and the tiredness was just too real. 

Recently having a baby and those crazy hours that get made up, early morning rising is just something that happens and for the time of year and weather, its a must. If i don’t get things done before noon, its just not going to get done. I refuse to go out in 103 degrees weather… my eczema just cant take it! But on a professional go-getter move, you get more done getting up early and its amazing how much you can fit in a short amount of time. If there is anything i suggest, try getting up 1 hour earlier at the least and see what all you can fit into you day.
