Hey fellow Shy Children!
Last week in Cortney’s Fitness Letter #6 I mentioned that I was going to be starting something new for my Health/fitness journey and that being a weekly weigh in.
I came to a decision about this a while back and it’s the right thing to do. I need to feel accountable and having it shared with you all, my friends is the best way for myself and for anyone who wants to take this journey with me.
Since this is the introduction to these weekly weigh ins I will share with you all of my basic information… Like what you fill out when starting a weight loss plan. So here it goes:
Today’s Date: August 4, 2015
Age: 25
Sex: Female
Height: 5’9 – 5’10
Weight: 264.2
Goal Weight: 165
There goes my basic information! I put my goal weight as 165 Pounds because that is what I want my final goal weight to be. But before getting there I do have other goal points I want to reach and check off to keep me motivated and just realistic. So here are my other goals.

These are my Target Goals so far, is getting to 200 pounds by December or New Years realistic… I don’t know! All I know is I can give it my all and make changes if needed.
My weight right now as of this morning is 264.2 pounds and I will weight myself again in a week and check back in with you. I’m not going to set a next weigh in weight target yet because I want to get a feel first, in the amount I can loose in a week.
